Commission Info Update - Pay What You Want

To hopefully make things less complicated, I've enabled Pay What You Want on the commission types that don't have a fixed price. This should hopefully make things a little more clear, and make it easier to work within budgets.

In other news, I've set up a Trello board for all of my workload, personal and otherwsie. There are about 120 cards on there right now. I'm going to challenge myself to clear the entire board as quickly as possible.
