Well i must say rough start to this month, as a few people may know, it was pretty well know that me and my mate had a little argument, urg i have never feel sickness like this before, but it found out he was just as unwell.. the second we spoke and made up i was feeling a little better as we he, Love sickness isn't a nice thing...

yeah well i was throwing up and couldn't keep food down or anything glenn.. even sleeping sucked and was impossible

Well alot better now thanks Lev :) tho i gotta say Sunday was crap... Real and Lakeside are both a pile of crud!
