By purchasing any adopts/MYOs created by N30TIBIC3N | NE0-Adopts l KimButt on FA, you are agreeing to this TOS
I. Purchasing | Obtaining
I will not do holds: due to issues in the past with people not purchasing adopts, I expect payment to be upfront and in full. Any attempts to ask for holds will result in you forfeiting your chance at obtaining the design.
Do not back out of auctions or sales: if you do not intend to buy the design, don't comment on the adopt submission at all. If you do this, you will be blacklisted
You are to not practice scalping: When I mean this, it is the practice of purchasing adopts for the intent of making higher profit.
Harassment is not okay: Towards me or other potential buyers/bidders. Doing this can result in a blacklist. If you want to troll or cause drama, go do it elsewhere
For NSFW Adopts, you are required to be 18 or older: I am legally bound to enforce this, and I will deny service to minors seeking NSFW adopts. Attempting to circumvent this or lie about your age will result in blacklisting
You must send payment within two days, otherwise I have every right to sell the design to another buyer with payment ready
All sales are final: Unlike commissions which can be refunded, all adopts are non refundable as soon as payment is sent. Please use your best judgement as buyer before you purchase
II. Usage Permissions/Rights
You must credit me: As the buyer, you may reupload the unmarked adopt to your profile as long as you credit me for the art and design (and species if applicable)
You may make slight alterations: in the design itself, not the artwork.
You are not to alter the original artwork: Doing so can result in loss of usage for the original artwork. This is disrespectful to the original artist.
You cannot claim the creation of the design: all designs made by me N30TIBIC3N are to be credited to me only
III. Resale | Trading
If it was a free design: You cannot resale or trade it. It must be regifted with no profit
If it was a traded design: You can trade the design, but not resell it. And must be of equal or higher value
If it was a mixed payment (cash and trade): You may resell and trade for whatever price.
If it was a paid for design: You may trade and resell it for whatever price you wish
All buyers of my designs are bound by TOS, and failure to heed them can result in blacklisting
