I hope you are all doing well.
I've been pretty busy with my job and trying to stay cool as I can.
It was extremely hot the beginning of this summer. Hotter than I have ever remembered.
With temperatures in the 100's with humidity that could choke you.
2 people that I know, one that's a relative and another is a gentleman that I've gotten to know through work, almost got to the point of where, they could of really had died from how high the humidity was. The gentleman told me he literally almost did. The humidity was so bad that he went through his supply of inhalers and other breathing medications that usually lasted him all month. He went through them in a matter of a week because how bad the heat with humidity on top of it, was effecting his breathing.
THANKFULLY, the extreme heat and humidity, FINALLY broke yesterday and it is more easier to breath (For me and others that I personally know) and work again.

And yeah, the heatwave that we had going on here in the Great Lakes State was REALLY REALLY BAD. I have NEVER EVER remembered ANY SUMMER IN MY LIFE, that has been this hot. But. I'm very thankful that it FINALLY broke.
And awwww, I'm sorry to hear that you are having a heat wave in Cali too. I hope you are doing okay too. Stay cool the best that you can. Stay hydrated and keep something on yah to keep your salt and sugar levels at a good level.
And yeah, I know right! Its absolutely unbelievable! But, that;s how it was.
But thank goodness, it finally broke. Now, its back to normal comfortable summer weather. And it looks like tomorrow, the weekend and even monday, we will be FINALLY getting some rain. I hope it rains. Everything is sooooooooooo dry and crispy that we have droughts going on here and fire/wildfire advisories too.
