WORKING ON AN ART STYLE

Sometimes I realize that I don't enjoy my art style and it seems too typical for me. And that's why I draw not as usual as I supposed to be.
I want my works to look simple but interesting, modern and...cool?
My art style was also based on rock music. I don't know how to explain this phenomenon but that's true.
Now, I'm into 'calm' and 'relaxing' kind of music and I want my artworks look the same.
Maybe, I won't draw backgrounds and will use flat colored ones BUT all attention will be paid on characters and another details.
I really hope that you will support me and help me to develop myself.
That said I can't help but be worried about whether or not it will negatively affect the outcome of my commission
If you want we can re-think an idea (since mine had a background) that would work better?
Also hoping your schedule can clear up because it's really been a while since I've paid ^^;
Everything is up to you. I can do fullbody (trying new style) with a flat colored BG or I can do halfbody with a BG (=`ฯยด=)

Not quite sure which style I'd prefer since I don't know what the new one looks like, though I do somewhat prefer the idea of a fullbody w/o BG more? If you can show an example soon that'd be great, if I do like the new style I'll ask to go that route instead
It will look like my pre-last art but like a fullbody :o

and you can always have more than one style
Because making new arts in the same style don't bring me happiness anymore and it sucks ( เฒฅ สฬฏ เฒฅ)
