So wow, this took a lot longer than I thought that it would, but if everything goes well, tomorrow I should be able to open up for commissions again. Im not too sure the exact time that will be, either late morning or early afternoon, but i'll be posting an 'commissions open' picture when they are. For now I am only going to open for 5 slots to see how things go, and once those are done i'll open for more, and so forth. So this is just a heads up for anyone who might be interested :3
