I quit playing after the bullshit the game has pulled on me. If it wasnt for the way it handles its multiplayer, I might get into playing it again.

THat's mostly the story line. Multiplayer isn't so bad once you get all the cutscenes out of the way.
Unfortunately, even when i have past the cutscene and failed, it still wont let me invite someone, and yes i checked, it IS infact one that you are supposed to be able to invite people to. Fighting that stupid-ass rock glob monster thing in the rotten cove or whatever its called. It still wont let me invite people. I've just given up after that because i cannot progress further.

Huh. I don't know what to tell you. Perhaps there's a cutscene deeper in the mission? Either way, sorry that things didn't work out for you.
