I'm waiting to hear back from a publisher. (They were at least kind enough to reply and tell me they'd gotten my manuscript and will get back to me. I hate it when publishers don't do that. I have to stomp on the urge to mail it again, just to make sure they got it.)
I'm waiting for cover art so I can proceed with a self-publishing project.
I'm waiting on different cover art for a pony erotica piece. (which I may also eventually convert into a non-pony story, since I think it would work just fine outside of the MLP universe.)
I'm waiting for Jaffa Books to open their submissions.
Waiting, waiting, waiting.
Meanwhile I'm still writing, of course. Things I'm working on right now:
Editing a furry vampire stories collection. It contains some material I've posted here already, and also some new material. (And, for old-time fans, has complete versions of City of Sunlight and A Taste For Man. :D Just took the prospect of actual publication to get me off my butt and finally finish both of those.)
Also editing a little gay romance piece to send in to a particular publication call, and writing a sci-fi gay romance/erotica thing for a different publication call.
Writing three commissions, all My Little Pony fanfiction.
Writing three or four more gay romance/erotica pieces just kinda for fun. I keep having ideas for them. Including several for the above-mentioned self-pub project, which is vampire-themed, because it's me, and which I hope people will enjoy.
Working on my novel in progress, Dragon's Blood. (Chapter two is up on Patreon, for my patrons. Chapter three will probably go up soon.)
Mostly failing to work on at least a dozen other stories in various stages of completion.
Busy, busy, busy! And that's just the writing, there's also the sewing, and the household shit, and so on...

What are you guys working on right now?
The solution I've opted to this is to think about it more in terms of traditional music. I've chosen a bunch of instruments that I like and I basically think of them as a band or an ensemble. They are gonna play every track no matter what, taking turns to be in the spotlight depending on what mood I'm going for. If I have to have a particular sound on a track, nothing is stopping me from adding a synth to the mix, but that's gonna be more like a special guest.
