an update re: commissions

I've been thinking about this for a while, and I think I'm gonna close most of my commissions very soon. I'll still have chibis, doodlepals, and sketches open, but everything else will be semi-closed for a while. what this means: anything other than what I listed, I might take on a case-by-case basis, but it will probably have an extended wait period if I do accept it. I've realized that the anxiety I get from taking most commission types is severely impacting my quality of life, so until I resolve that I think I'll just limit things.
I'll still be doing YCHs and all the types I listed, and possibly character designs sporadically. Of course, all commissions currently in progress will be completed ASAP. This does not affect them in any way.

I'm thinking of cutting mine off completely after these comms and just going to personal art.

Taking commissions has definitely helped me grow as an artist, and do things I wouldn't have drawn otherwise, but I think it's definitely important to take a break from it sometimes! If you think it'll help you to focus on personal art for a bit, I hope that works out well for you :0 !!
