So, just found out that next year will be the final Bronycon. http://bronycon.org/ Never been to one, only to the Ciderfest up in Wisconsin. Still, this is a kick in the teeth. For all the porn that I get and stuff, I still legitimately love the show. To see the one big thing die out like this, the biggest con on the scene pretty much just hits it home that the impact of the fandom is slipping away to nothing. The show's always made me smile, and I've been there since the start of season two, rode through every hill and valley...it hurts seeing something you've used to get through the tough times fade away.
