I'd like to thank all of my friends who replied to my last journal and wished me well on my surgery today. Thank you all so very, very much!
The surgery went well once I'd gotten enough numb-it juice pumped into my face. It took a lot! I don't stand pain well at all. They say men are big sissies about pain and I'll freely admit I'm one of those men. he he he....
I won't go into any details, though it was pretty interesting. Might have been even more so if I'd opened my eyes, but the doc said not to and I trust he had my best interests at heart when he told me that. ;3 He glued the incision shut with super glue rather than stitching it, which is a first for me. Kind neat, I think.
So now the bugger is out and on it's way to the lab to find out if its benign or malignant, and I've got my paws crossed that the news will be good. I'm not sure how soon I'll find out but that's fine. I can wait. ;3
Thanks again for all your wonderful support! It feels so very good to know I have so many friends here that care enough to lend me their support and give me their wishes for a good outcome. You all rock like mad!!!

They're using it for all sorts of surgical incisions now.My niece just had a hip replacement and they used it to close that one which was a good 8 inches long. I've got a picture that proves it.....though I won't show it to you since it shows her butt, he he he.

So is the lack of pain all over, or just in certain areas? I often wish that there was some way doctors could kill the pain receptors for specific areas so that I wouldn't feel pain there anymore. But then I doubt I'm alone wishing that.

Are those lucky bunny feet attached to you? Kinda feels like you're kicking me.
I mean if they get removed, then it's not very lucky for the bunny, so obviously they don't work, right?
Good to know you're doing fine! Let it heal ofr now! I assume, it will be a fast healing since all facial parts have excellent blood flow. Better wait a few days with preforming oral tho'!

As for pain, Everyone has a Different Tolerance. I personally can endure More than most. This is nothing special, Nor does it make me Tough. I credit taking a Lot of Beatings as a child for this ability.
The same myth goes for Men who Cry. But I'll tell Anyone, I Admire those who can freely cry... As I personally cannot.

Not looking is a good idea, especially when it involves something being stuck into you, a lot of people can NOT handle that.
