So like as y'all might or might now know I'm from Puerto Rico. That island that got hit by 2 hurricanes back to back last year thats lazily owned by Papa Trump.

So we got this food right, its called Mofongo. Its basically this ball of plantains (which is basically an unsweet bigger banana) mixed with Adobo (literally a meme at this point, its a seasoning we use), garlic, and usually some sort of broth or meat (cow, pig, seafood, or pork rind) inside.

It is an explosion if flavors. I like my mofongo with cow meat mostly but omg guys y'all need to try it if you come here. Literally look up Mofongo on Google and all find it. It usually in rice bowl shapes. I love y'all and this is my way of saying you should treat yourselves to possibly the best thing you will ever taste in your life



Oh and if your feeling adventurous you should definitely try Morcillas. Basically blood sausages, however the inside is mostly changed for rice so it has a more delectable texture. It can be spicy depending on where u buy them but they are so good.
