So about the smash reveals lately...

Subs take it up the butt
First, holy shit. Second, HOLY SHIT!
I'm not here to talk about who was revealed, but what was done in said reveals. Namely, Ridley and Simon. In Ridley's reveal, he out right KILLS MARIO and, during gameplay teasers, KILLS LINK! In Simon's reveal trailer, freakin LUIGI GETS HIS SOUL RIPPED OUT! Smash Bros hardly got dark before, but SHIT! Nintendo isn't afraid to let their star mascots get their asses whupped and...I kinda like it. It feels like Nintendo wants the newcomers to really shine and show what they're made of, even if it means getting Nintendo's favorites beat up and worse.
And people say Nintendo is still kiddy XD

I know right? The newer games are definitly cooler~ the creepiness added to them just adds the feel of the cruelness of Ridley, and the darkness of castlevania

Funny thing about that; Nintendo UK's twitter apparently said Luigi did escape. So Luigi manages to be ok, but Mario did not recover.
