Whanted to create my first account ever in twitter and right after sing in
"Your account has been blocked cause unusual behavior that violates the twitter rules"

I recall something similar happening to me actually. Think it's something to do with account inactivity on the heels of its creation.

An acc verification should fix it, I think?

I really don't understand the logic, If they think they have not enough information for account creation why don't the ask it right on sign in?
This kinda annoy me, I was sceptical enough even before this situation.

This happened to me too. It always happened if You don't register Your phone number if I remember well :C

Had tge exact same thing when I first started my twitter 2 weeks
probably thought you're a bot, did it give you captcha?

yep, as I told it's weird anyway, it could ask phonenumber right on the start

Yeah, I think it's more of a client problem, occasionally my browser just spazzes and starts asking me for captcha for every site I go to for like a week or two before resuming to normal operation, does it sound familliar? I have no idea how to treat it

They use algorithms to identify suspiciously created accounts to prevent people from creating hundreds/thousands of them and spamming the heck out of Twitter. It works okay-ish. You might file a support ticket or do phone verification (you can register for a free Google voice number if you don't want to give Twitter your phone number).

I tryed to create Google voice account, but it just give me an error and I have no idea why :(

Did you maybe try connecting your account to an app? Whenever I link it with facebook or giveaways, it blocks my account. e-e
