Here's a copy-paste of the updated section; it should have been in my TOS from the beginning but I guess it was just not a situation I ever thought about occuring uwu
-If the character is not yours, please make sure you have permission to use them. Revenge porn is an automatic bannable offense from any future commissions and if I find out you've made an order where you did not get permission from the other party I have the right to cancel the order and hold your money for directly violating my TOS.

I dont know why you'd want to get porn of someone who's OC is off limits or doesn't want to be with yours, it seems like it defeats the purpose and comes off really... rape-y. People can be pretty gross ;u;
