By purchasing artwork from Wan-Nya, you automatically agree to the following terms of service:

GENERAL:
* Written information must be in clear and easy to understand.
* Any image referances must be clear and easy to decern your character; colors in flats much prefered!!
* Rules must be followed in any flat price, auction, YCH, adopt, etc. as they are stated.
Failure to do so will result in cancelation of your commission/ purchase.
* All art is digital, thus when payments are made there is no shipping required.
If any fraudulent claims are made, you will be blacklisted!!


ADOPTS:
* Adoptables purchased from me can be used to create your own character.
* Minor edits can be made but any major alterations must have given permission from me.
* DO NOT CLAIM THE DESIGN AS YOURS!
* All art and designs must be credited to me when used. My artist name and or a link back to my gallery will suffice.
* Adopts can be traded and sold. You cannot raise the sales price for more than what you originally paid unless they come with additional art.
* It would be greatly appreciated if you informed me of who the new owner is!


PAYMENT/ REFUNDS:
* Currencys accepted are Deviant Art points, USD or the current currency stated at the time of sales.
* 100 Deviant Art points = $1 USD
* All payments are to be paid upfront before any product exchange is to be made.
* Payments made through paypal will be sent via invoice or paypal me; which ever is stated at the time.
* Payment must be made within a 48 hour time frame of your request being accepted. Failure to do so will result in:
- your forfeiting the slot/ bid/ adopt, etc.
- allows me to reclaim ownership and rights to redistribute art/ design
- I have all rights to resell / offer up to the next customer
* Refunds are not accepted on adopts/ finished art.
* Particial refunds are allowed on commissions that have been started.
- 75% refund when in sketch phase.
- 40% refund when in lineart phase.
- 15% refund when in simple flats phase.
- 0% refund when art is completed.
* Any unauthorized payment will be refunded.


RIGHTS:
* I, the artist, have rights to all my artwork
* You, the client, have all rights to your characters and can repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given!
No unauthorized editing is allowed.
* Do not remove my signature!
* I have the right to decline a commission at any time
* Artwork may not be used for commercial use, profit, or promotion unless given explicit written permission!

PROCESS:
* The general turn out for your commission to be completed can be 2 to 5 months depending on many factors, such as:
- health
- order of commissions
- complexity
- work schedule
- family matters
- in real life setbacks
* If any of the stated factors occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you do not agree to this, then please find someone else that suits your taste.
I do work a day time job and thus my turn out time for art commissions is slow.
* WIPs can be given once the commissioner has stated that before any work has been started or if I, the artist, need clarification from the commissioner.
* When art is in sketch stage, please be as clear and percise as possible with any changes/ edits you would like.
* When art is in lineart stage, up to 3 very small changes can be made. anything else after that will incure and additional fee.
* Once image has been completed, no edits can be made!

BLACKLIST:
Those placed on here will be blocked and not allowed to commission me or own any of my adopts.
Sure ways to land yourself on the list:
* Disrespectful to me or others.
* Making chargebacks after product was received within the time frame.

- Anthro - Animals - ferals - humanoid - chibi - most body types - anime - some fetishes - sfw - nudity - mild details - light guro - simple backgrounds
*WON'T DO:
- hateful/disrespectful/racial content - extreme fetishes - mecha/ gundam robots - complex details - detailed backgrounds - clutter
