FA Policy Question -- Can We Promote Raffles Again?

So I'm not sure if it's because it was like a huge thing for a while and died down again or if it was removed from FA's policies,
But I've been seeing a lot of raffle promos (which is cool)
Are we allowed to do that now or is it still against the site's code of conduct / policies?
But a lot of people have been making gallery posts and just having you fav it to enter and of course watch them
