Pedal to the metal

Fast cars, pulse pounding music, exotic locations, and high stakes. What's not to like? Top Gear, as basic as it may be for today's standards, was a sleeper hit was that the Forza Motorsport of its day. Featuring classic high end high performance cars such as the 1984 Ferrari 228 GTO "Sidewider" (white car), the 1984 Ferrari Testarossa "Cannibal" (red car), the 1985 Ford RS200 "Weasel" (blue car), and the Jaguar XJR-15" Razor" (purple car). Each vehicle had unique handling and fuel rating stats. Any race more than three laps had a pit area where you could top off your car's fuel supply, which had a steady rate of drain. Some cars had decent fuel cost, one low, and one was a gas guzzler.
For a challenge, the Testarossa was considered the expert difficulty due to the low grip and high fuel consumption stats. Needless to say the AI was pretty difficult as well. Failing to hit the pits could mean the difference between a successful win and a complete loss. This was not just another mindless dash around a course, but also a race of strategy. "Should I fuel up or stretch this out a bit longer?"
