No idea what's got you going, but...I highly recommend avoiding anything and everything that is causing you such mental anguish.
One suggestion...take a long, hot shower. Just stand in the water, don't take the shower to bathe, just take it to contemplate, think, get your thoughts boxed together and catalogued so it isn't such a jumbled mess. Hell, sit in the shower and meditate if needsby...when you feel your thoughts starting to make more sense, turn the shower to cold (as cold as you can handle without jumping out or raising the temperature). Continue to soul search and just meditate.
Otherwise, again, get away from problem areas, like FA, the internet, multiplayer games that'll make you rage...do some pleasurable stuff, go exercising, go out and get a meal, sit out somewhere public and people watch...just imagine how bad some other people have it...
