Few things I can suggest, from past experiences

- Turn off all add blockers as they can interfere with the verification email ever registering to be sent
- If you are using Chrome or Firefox try old school Windows Explorer
Both usually help for me ^^ I would try registering to see if it was a site thing, but for whatever reason my computer is moving slow and registering on any place is hell for me currently >.<;;

I got the verification email right away and finished registering just fine. ^^ Noticed I can't sign in with my username though, only my email. (just in case that's helpful too)

I actually took away my Patreon from a few people because this website wouldn't function for me. It's great when DRM makes paying customers experiences worse.

Killing the customer experience is quite par for the course for DRM of any kind.
