SAI question *IMPORTANT* updated

So how the fuck am I going to download my software license certificate file? D:
I .. really want to use my SAI that I paid for when I restore my laptop D:
Edit: I found my .slc file and put it on my external harddrive because I *THINK* this is the file I need to get my SAI working again once I reinstall it. I hope @_@; IDK this probably won't work and I'll be fucked.
:| Toshiba requires a disk to restore to factory settings, unlike my dells. SO I guess I have to order it (under warranty still so free) and restore then o_- stupid.
If not that, you could back up the file on something and then put it back on?
