Anytime buddy.
I’m doing okay. Ups and downs at my job. Got a pain in the rear coworker though he’s digging his own grave right now. By that I mean he’s getting himself closer to either being transferred to another site or possibly fired. He’s been majorly disrespectful to customers, like even making rules for them like they have to get out of their vehicles and they have to empty their donations into the bin themselves and him just stand there and not even offer to help. He actually said that he’s not going to help any rude customers anymore. He considers people that don’t follow his rules the rude ones.
A customer actually went into the office and complained about him. That office worker told the site manager, then the site manager has to tell his job coach then the job coach had to get on him. He actually tried to defend his actions against the customer. He even said that the office worker that the customer complained to that it was non of her business. My job coach and the site manager tried to explain to him that once the customer went into the office to make the complaint that it became her business. Trying to tell this coworker anything is like talking to a brick wall.
My coworker has a mental disability that gives him the mentality of a child but that’s no excuse for treating the primary reason that you have a job as well as the primary reason that Goodwill and The Salvation Army even exist with disrespect. There’s very few exceptions but his was not one of those reasons.
