I know an artist- my roommate that is pretty talented with characters like yours. I could ask them what they charge and send you a place where they host their art! I would offer but I am generally insecure about my work and let people approach me.

It would be a shame to drop one of the rare complex but not messy character in the fandom. Maybe it should be better to divide your next ref into multiple drawings to not allow more artists to be able to handle this monument.
