สโขแดฅโขส Clients must agree to my TOS in written format via private message or email before any work is done
สโขแดฅโขส I have the right to accept or refuse a request. I am also allowed to use the commissioned artwork to suit my portfolio and marketing needs.
สโขแดฅโขส Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Clients may use their artwork to promote themselves on any platform with credit. Using the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (unless agreed upon), altering the artwork without my consent, erasure of watermark/signature, and taking credit of the creation of the artwork are considered Copyright Infringement.
สโขแดฅโขส We will conduct the entire process in a civil and honest manner. Clients must give their feedback truthfully to help me make the best results possible. I am open to multiple revisions and start overs so don't be afraid to be honest with me. However, any hostile behavior, copyright infringement, and/or evading payment when due will result to being black listed.
สโขแดฅโขส To maximize productivity given different time zones and schedules, I work simultaneously between multiple clients at a time. Turnaround time can range from a day to a month depending on what the client ordered. Reasonable deadlines are accepted. Rush orders are considered with a fee.โ
สโขแดฅโขส Full payment is required after the client has approved the final sketch. Artwork will not move to the next stage without full payment.
สโขแดฅโขส Clients may cancel their order given that no payment or transactions have occurred yet and the artwork is still in the early sketching stage. This is free of charge.
สโขแดฅโขส If the sketch had numerous revisions and considerable conceptualizing (for refsheets, scenes, character design, etc.), a sketch fee will be required. Sketch fees depend on my current sketch prices stated in my price list.
สโขแดฅโขส If the client strongly wishes to cancel the order despite having paid and being in the later stages, they are free to do so. I will deliver the unfinished artwork but no refunds will be given.
