Welcome to my Terms of Service!!
1. I will not draw:
Scat/Urine/Flatulence
NSFW Cubs
2. Client Responsibility:
Provide proof of age for NSFW pieces.
Provide a clear, reliable reference or references. A very detailed worded description may be accepted for an extra fee, due to the large amount of changes that may need to be made.
Try to respond in a timely manner to messages and questions and I will as well. (I'm not gonna get upset if you can't always respond immediately, it's totally okay, people have lives. You have 30 days.)
Make payments in full and in a timely manner unless previously discussed.
3. Payment Options:
A 25% deposit must be paid before work begins with the rest being paid afterwards, or we can discuss payment plans before work begins.
4. Late Payments:
A grace period of one month is allowed, if I have not received contact or payment within 30 days a late fee may be applied.
If I have not received contact or payment after 40 days, the project will be scrapped and any pieces edited and reused.
5. Charge Cap:
You may owe up to $100 before I will not accept further commissions, unless previously discussed. (This does not include deposits!)
6. No Spec work:
This involves doing actual work without the garuntee of receiving payment, in hopes of impressing the client enough to provide future opportunities.
7. Edits:
Edits may be made, but please try to keep them minimal UNLESS it's something we had already discussed or referenced and I missed it.
It is more difficult to edit after I have reached the shading stages, please keep this in mind.
8. Cancellations:
Either the client or I may cancel the artwork at any time for any reason, Unless the work has already been finished.
Refunds will be calculated by the amount of work finished.
I reserve the right to cancel a project if contact is not made after 30 days.
Cancelled projects and unused sketches may be edited and reused by myself at any future time.
9. Accepted Use:
Both the Client and I reserve the right to post pieces on any platform unless previously discussed, EXCEPT IN AI. SEE 11.
Projects may not be used for commercial purposes or to bring the client revenue unless stated in a separate contract.
10. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CREDIT Feel free to use my FA or my insta, though I post more on FA!
11. IMPORTANT: Please do not feed my art to AI, even if you buy it! If a client is found to have used my art in Ai, they will be blocked, all projects cancelled and unstarted project deposits will be refunded. You will be banned from future art. As well as recieving a beware across all of my pages on various websites. This rule [underline]will not[/underline] be discussed.
