Fetish vs. Non - Where's the line?

Always fun to get called a pervert, but it illicits a question in my mind. Where does an image go from telling a story, part of a series or a subject and something that is clearly a fetish image? I thought it was the sexual 'styling' of it, but according to recent articles I've read - anything can be turned into a fetish. So... does that mean every image is a fetish image?

I think anything non vanilla is considered a fetish. And certain fetishes are more excepted (Like BDSM) than others (like pregnancy).
