Tapewolf told me about Trello so I went and made one to keep track of commissions and patreon stuff. You can see it here! I can say it's a lot more pleasant to look at and cleaner than google spreadsheet. Spreadsheet lags like hell but Trello is really nice :3
Though I prefer Excel because it works with forms and stuff automatically. :D
