Doing the three new friends quest?

Also, do you have any local friends? You'll need to do a trade at some point.

Also, don't evolve any pokemon that use items. You'll need that at stage 6.

I have to evolve a grass-tye that has already evolved once, good thing I have a Chikorita I'm walking to evolve it twice. I'm still stuck on the Mew one at stage 6 cause of the stupid Magikarp that you have to evolve and I don't have enough candy's to evolve it as I'm missing 279 Magikarp Candy for it to evolve cause I transfer the one I was walking into a candy. Also Magikarp's don't show up in my area a lot which sucks

Check Silph Road. IT should show where nests are. As far as the Chikorita, evolve it to a Bayleaf, and wait for the community day. You will want to make sure you have enough candy to evolve it on that day.

And I'm talking about the other quest, for Celebi. When you get to stage 6, you will need to evolve two Pokemon using items.

I'm waiting for community day but I also need to evolve it for the quest step too. Also in Australia Magikarp nest don't exist nor does Tauros Nest either, *sighs* I really want a Tauros even though there is farm land near me I know Tauros are a herd Pokemon

Hey, they just added Tauros to the 7km eggs. Make sure you have room for those, and I'll try to get you gifts to you. That and Kangaskhan, Farfetch'd, and Mr. Mime
