Imvu Commission Form And ToS

Commission Process:
1: Hit me up to see if I'm actually open for commissions at that time ( Most easily contacted via discord Directly @ Tibix#8671 or via my discord group https://discord.gg/uyEQ3GS)
2: If I'm open you can fill out a commission form Below and post it in the comments or in my discord group
3: Once I get to your commission I will start work on the skin (Feel free to request screenshots as i work i am more then happy to provide them)
4: Once the skin is finished i will send a final screen shot for your approval. Once its to your liking Payment will be Due within the next 24 hours. (I Will Either Note You or Private message you With Payment Information. Unless agreed otherwise)
5: Once i receive payment i will Gift Over your skin and kini. Then Proceed to work on the rest of your commission.
6: I will send screenshots as i work on each item and send final screen shots for each item in your commission for your approval. I will Not submit any item until it is approved By the Commissioner. Once each item is approved i will submit it and Gift Once it has Passed peer review(sometimes the peer review process takes time keep that in mind)
7: Once your Gifted your full commission it will stay hidden in my shop forever.
8: If you reverse your payment your commission will be Blacked out and you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.

~ All Items Will Be Approved By You With Final ScreenShots Before I Submit.
~ I Have The Right To Deny Any Commission.
~ I offer No Refunds.
~ If For Some Reason You No Longer Want The Commission BEFORE I Receive Payment From You And Before I Finish The Skin, This Is Your Only Time To Back Out (Please Inform Me If You Want Or Need To Back Out)
~ I have The Right To Re-use Some Aspects Of Your Skin If You Decide To Back Out. (No It Will Not Look Like Your Skin/Sona)
~ Please Provide Proof Of Ownership Of Your Designs
~ All Commissioned Items Will Be Gifted To You
