That bit was from a different series called "Les Kassos", about cartoon characters going to a social worker for their problems. Made by the same animators. It used to be on Youtube, but vanished a while ago. Not sure where to find it with subtitles.

Yep...yeah, saw that episode (among others) from Peepoodo & the SFF a month or so ago at the main website where the show is. As another person above me just stated earlier...it’s a trip to say the least. XD
