Origin (Simplified)
Created deep within the Polissya Hotel within the walls of the Exclusion Zone of Chernobyl in Pripyat, Predmet are the closest to successful experiments done by a handful of Russian and Ukrainian Scientist. Out of 762 "Lost" Tourists, only 511 survived. During a transfer to a wing that had a bit less Radiation, a containment breach occurred, and all but three scientist working on the project perished, and 503 of the Experiments, given the name Предмет Predmet(Subject) by one of the Top Researchers, an older Russian woman.
The following week, during a hike that lead three Ukrainian natives pass the gates of the exclusion zone following the stench of human rot had came across the Polissya. After realizing the hotel being the source of not only the smell, but what sounded like muffled cries for help the hikers made way through the doors with use of lockpicking, and met face to face with a disturbing creature, mimicking what could only be explained as an audio recording someones unfortunate last moments.

I had written a book with Predmets in them in like 2012, and I wanted to post from the story of them here, but I am bad about over detailing when I write, and I didn't want to annoy anyone doing such, so I'll get help trying to shorten it and I'll post it when I can. Characteristics and More
☢️Due to the high levels of chemicals and toxins used during the testing stages, Predmet are highly sterile and unable to produce and offspring. There is a belief that prolonged contact in various forms with a Predmet can cause one to become sterile as well.
☢️There are currently only a Max of 503 Predmet alive, these numbers are not likely to increase anytime soon as only three of the over two thousand staff working on 'Project Puppets" survived the Containment Breach.
☢️ Predmet all start with deep red, lightly bio-luminescent blood, With it changing based on their diet while within the tubes. They have very few actual veins in their body, with clear tubing replacing many of the arteries and veins in the body.
☢️Their muscle is always within a pale yellow to a dark gold in hue, sometimes with a yellow-green tint to some of it, with anywhere between almost eggshell white, to a pale caramel colour for the bones.
☢️ Despite having four eye sockets, Predmet only have one eye, which actually isn't a standard eye, but a luminescent, see-through ball of an unknown origin that resides in their skull. It is not actually known if they can see using this, or if they only rely on smell, sound, and vibrations.
☢️ Their tail is actually tubing with an IV bag, which goes through the back, exiting the body at the end of the spine, and going in to four point locations, The clear syringes in the back are part of this structure.
☢️ They can live without the IV on the end of the tail, but only if they are constantly close to a source containing the needed ingredients to sustain their life, as using the syringes to extract the substances is how they refill the IV bag. However, once all four Syringes are removed from the back, the Predmet will die once the IV bag drains without some other source such as manual injections into the tubing on the back.
☢️ They can retract the syringe and tubing that is in their back, however the needles will still show through the skin.
☢️ They can grow, and manipulate body parts, including extra arms, legs, genitalia, and more. They can not grow more tubing, but they can manipulate it into the grown or manipulated appendages. This takes extra fluid from the IV bag, and the fluid consumed stays increased until the extras are gone.
☢️ Without using the power mentioned above, the full IV bag can sustain a Predmet for 69 days, and if they keep a constant mutation from the power mentioned, the IV bag can sustain them for 46.5 days.
☢️ The liquid in their body changes colour when new matter is introduced to it, and in a few cases, the matter changes their powers, abilities, or attributes. more on this later
☢️ They are highly intelligent and can mimic sounds, and voices. They are quick to learn languages, already knowing Russian, Ukrainian, and English due to the scientists working with them.
☢️ While they don't require substances outside of the fluid in the IV bag to survive, they can gain a taste for foods, drinks, and even raw flesh and meats.
☢️ Breaking the flesh, the stitching or removing the staples on the skin around the mouth allows for use of Sonic EMP Pulses, these take about 7 days to recharge once used.
☢️ The saliva of the Predmet is a corrosive substance, the levels of corrosives found in the saliva is based purely on the Predmet as they can control the secretions from glands inside of their throat.
☢️ On the tongue of a Predmet are small glands that feel like silk to the touch. These produce one of three different secretions, and can mix a max of two at a time as the left and right set of glands are controlled differently to one another. They are as follows:
1) Succinylcholine saliva. This causes quick paralyses and asphyxiation. The subjects brain functions fully during this time, and will die in a mater of minutes once they come in contact with it. each gland itself during one secretion produces twice the lethal injection limit of Succinylcholine.
2) Morphine saliva: This is often secreted to lick wounds on the body, but is used in other ways which vary on the Predmet who uses it. Levels of morphine produced varies and does not secret at a distinct amount like the Succinylcholine
3) Food, and Plant extract: This can only be done with the last thing eaten, and within the first few days. The saliva produces a strong sent, like that of the food or plant that was last eaten. This is often used to lure victims, and is most commonly used to lure fresh meat to the hives.
☢️ Predmets are strongly linked to primal urges, and while they can learn and adapt to any environment, they all start out with the same behavioural patterns, which include but are not limited to: Using all four limbs to run like an animal; slouching heavily while walking on legs; wearing the faces, head, or skin of victims as clothing or masks, often in a tribal manner; cannibalism or slaughter for the pure thrill of killing; and for some unknown reason, playing fetch.
☢️ Each Predmet has different colours and patterns, this is a result of each one being given a different set of compound liquids in the testing and development process, the goal in this was to use the colours and marks to distinguish the best set of Predmet to take into further testing and future cloning process as tagging the ear of a Predmet is a vary risky task and this was an easier form of identification.
