By reading these Terms of Service, you understand and accept all conditions when commissioning me.
-General Information
• By commissioning nsfw art from me, you agree to be of age to acquire pornographic media. I am not accountable if you lie about it.
• I have the right to refuse/decline any request/commissions for any reason.
(If it make me feel uncomfortable, not interested or I feel I may not be capable of drawing what you ask)
• Do not remove my signature/watermark!
• I usually open commission on FA/Tumblr/ and Facebook by announcement.
• I do not work on commissions weekends but may reply to messages.
• my patreon commissions come first.
Artist and Commissioner rights
::Artist::
• I am keeping all rights to use any artwork I create in the future publishing of portfolios, prints, sticker, art books, etc
::Commissioner::
• It is the commissioner's responsibility to inform me if they wish to keep their commission private before any payments are accepted.
• You have the right to upload the picture anywhere you want, as long as you don’t forget to credit me with links leading to my FA/Tumblr/ or Facebook page.
• You are allowed to print your commission
!!BUT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO!!
• Use my artwork to gain profit and commercial purpose (prints goodies and other stuff).
• To modify and resell the commission
-Ordering
• Payment by PayPal invoice. Payment must be sent before I get started on it.
• Image references of your character are preferred. I can try and work with text descriptions but there is no guarantee.
• Make sure the quality of your reference is neat and clean.
• Please be as specific as possible with your commission!
::The process of creating the artwork::
• I will send a sketch of your commission for you to accept.
• With the sketch, you can change anything in the drawing and tell me if I drew you OC correctly. I.E. do you like the pose, are the expressions to your liking, etc.
• When I finish your commission, there is still a chance to add minor changes or fix some details that were not visible on the sketch
(eye color, markings I might have missed)
-Refunds
Refunds are allowed but discussed first. If you want to cancel your commissions, you will be refunded considering by the work which had already be done.
No refunds for complete commissions!

-Scat
-Watersports
-Hyper Muscle
-Stolen Characters
- Diapers
- Cubs in NSFW situations
-Anything else that makes me uncomfortable (just ask!)
