Popularity is both a blessing and a curse, as most people cannot deal with it in a healthy way. Either as the previous poster said, you keep craving more, and more, and when you don't get the attention you think you deserve or you get too much of it, you fall into depression. Because too little or too much of anything is a bad thing.

Also, it is hard to manage something as such where you have no control over it. Or very little control.

It doesn't matter if you're popular or not. But whatever is possible, just be yourself.
