Hey guys,

Sorry it's been a while but for the last couple months my job has been so very exhausting; where I work has had a chronic shortfall in staffing due to folks moving on. I have been put in charge of training up replacements since summer began but they've all either quit or bailed after first couple shifts. Suffice to say, constantly training staff that come and go like the place is a revolving door is a soul crushing endeavour and when the end of my shift comes, I'm feeling so drained with all my motivation and productivity totally empty in the tank for doing creative work.

I have some holiday time coming up which will give me the break I desperately need and will hopefully let me recharge my batteries and give me back my creative drive.
