Loss of a friend

Hello everyone again,
this past Tuesday I woke to a text to call my mate immediately when I got the message. I gave him a call and he was crying, and when I asked what was wrong he said our friend, his best friend, Joe, had died. We have both been trying to manage grief, my mate especially, as Joe was his best friend. We have been attending ceremonies and seeing mutual friends during this time, but life has been very crazy. I have found a new job and have put in my two weeks at my current job and been filling out paperwork for my new job, all on top of grief counseling for our friend. Life is crazy right now -sighs- I am doing art as I can, but it holds very little interest for me right now honestly, so I will get it done as I am able.

It is my hope that both of you, and those connected to Joe, can find time for yourselves to heal and manage the grief washing over you all.
