KooPeach dreams

"I am James Ungentine KTLA, and I predict your future. These are the events that will change and illuminate your daily lives, except you aren't there yet! Future date 2025, KTLA predicts..."
I'm a hopeless costume addict, as you may well already be aware. My costume list is always growing to include more creatures, characters and concepts, beyond my capacity to afford or store all of them. But sometimes I'll get particularly fixated on one. And today is no different.
Specifically, I've become quite enamoured with a certain fusion of Nintendo characters, but it's not the one you might be thinking of. It is in fact this one: https://twitter.com/guohoho/status/.....16429980561408
As you can see, she's an absolute cutie, and she's become the focus of my latest fursuit crush.
I briefly toyed with the idea of making her head a kigu mask, like Sumire, but a fursuit-style head would probably be a better fit. Besides, I'm also thinking of getting a standard human Peach mask in that style, so I might as well switch things up. My main issue at this point is how to tackle the dress and the Koopa bits. Currently I'm faced with two opitons:
1. Make the Koopa pieces fully integrated with the dress so it's an all-in-one costume - or at least that the dress is specifically designed to include the tail/shell/paws/etc.
2. Make the dress a perfectly normal Peach dress that can be worn alone with no problems, and make the Koopa bits fully separate pieces.
I'm leaning towards option 2 for the sake of vanilla humanoid Peach cosplay, but option 1 may be significantly easier to make, so I'll not rule it out entirely just yet.
In any case, if you happen to have any input on commissioning such a suit or any other relevant suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them! Please, offer your feedback!

https://www.artstation.com/artwork/WRkb3 You're not only one who likes her! Something like those two pics might work, aka separate Koopa suit and Peach dress. Though a kigu mask would be slightly cuter than a fursuit head. Hmm... Any way of getting a spandex suit, kigu mask and Peach dress?

OP
It might be possible. As cool as it would be, I'm not so concerned with a suit because it'd mostly be covered by the dress. Still, I'm sure Peach dresses already exist that I might be able to source.
