Oh, you are a dream, you are! A dream that keeps coming true! I saw Greer's picture of his very lovely snek footpaws (playing a Game Of Toes, BTW!) his person posted via TapestriesMUCK a few days ago, and it is very excellent! And two tracks I'm very, very fond of by two bands I am also very fond of; Nine Inch Nails for the second week in a row: the second last track from 'The Slip' (The Four Of Us Are Dying) and one of my favourite Infected Mushroom tracks (an electronica/trance band that really doesn't get the love it deserves on this side of the Atlantic!): Spitfire! I'm more familiar with their early 2000's 'Converting Vegetarians' and later on 'The Legend Of The Black Shawarma', but it is an absolute _treat_ to see the Tasty Mushroom crop up somewhere I didn't expect it to! :) BTW, it was actually another Furry- 2, The Ranting Gryphon, used this track as one of the backing music songs during one of the early 2 Sense shows he did with Gentle the Wolfox- who put me on the Mushroom Trail, with 'Hush Mail' (from the first disc of the aforementioned 'Converting Vegetarians'), which I recognized and found the name of on a local station that specializes in some more obscure (but excellent electronica).

Infected Mushroom is part of (I believe) a subgenre of electronica called 'Goa', which has its roots in the techno scene of Israel and Palestine, but also elsewhere in the Mediterranean. It's still on the obscure side here in North America, even though the Mushroom goes back to the late 1990s, along with more recently related bands like Astrix and Chi-A.D., both equally obscure here in the U.S. and Canada, outside of particular parts of the electronica and clubbing scene, for the most part.

TapestriesMUCK is still around? O_o Wow. I'm always amused that you can have such amazing groups that are well known elsewhere, yet hop a couple international borders and almost no one's heard of them. :P

StrawBear's feature is my favorite from this one, I like how relaxed the atmosphere is - I wish there were cafes around here that had comfy seating like that, haha!

Heee - yeah, and I love how happy and casual the meeting is - paws being shared in a just friendly and fun way while happy talks ensue.

As for Ohmagaz, he's done so incredibly well in the time even since the interview - trying hard to live true to his own words. Comparing his latest art from that of a year ago too shows incredible improvement.
