Need advice..

I am leaving for 3 weeks for training to get my CDL-A. Once finished, I am going to be on the road for time on end and so I am trying to find a laptop so I can still draw and game on it. Can anyone give me a couple ideas for laptops that can handle PSCC flawlessy without lag?

You're gonna need something with a good clock speed, like 2.4GHz at least, and at least 8GB of ram. My reccomendation is looking at Acer laptops, like this one (http://a.co/d/9sPXP34). They're pretty good on hardware, just try to get rid of some of their bloatware though.

It's all the extra software that most people never use or touch that manufacturers pre-install onto computers or phones when you by the device. It's like buying a samsung phone, and you get all their samsung apps, but never use them.
