I am opening a few slots for commissions this month, so in preparation for it, here is my Terms of Service
-- I only accept USD, and invoices must be paid before the commission is started.
-- Refunds will only be given if I am unable to deliver the commission to the completed degree that was agreed upon.
-- Commissioners are granted 3 total chances to ask for edits. After that, the piece will continue to the completed degree that was agreed upon. Completed pieces will not be eligible for any additional edits regardless of how many of the 3 chances had been used prior.
-- Commissioners will be given WIP reviews at the sketch, line art, and flat stages of the process.
-- If the commission is for an existing character, or if there are specific details desired for the piece, please provide accurate, up-to-date image references. I do not do commissions of fan art for existing franchises.
-- Commissioned work is not to be used for commercial purposes. Credit must be given for personal display with the signature intact.
-- I reserve the right to decline taking on commissions regardless of whether or not there are slots available.
-- I reserve the right to make changes to this ToS as needed, and will make public announcements of said-changes. Commissions taken on before any changes will adhere to previous ToS agreements before the change.
