Does One Art Type Alienate Fans of Others?

Serious question time.
You all know I draw a lot of...
SFW...
NSFW...
Ponies...
Gore...
Now, if you're a fan primarily of one of these... does it sort of put you off, or bore you away from my account when I end up posting a lot of the other stuff?
Like for instance... during last January when I ran JanuPONY... were there a lot of anthro fans of my account that maybe stopped paying as much attention to me due to the overloaded pastel ponies?
Or do you still keep an eye out for whenever I post something that catches your eye?
When I draw gore, or horror porn, does it disgust you so much that you don't want to look through my gallery, for fear of seeing that stuff come up?
Does it alienate fans of one genre when I post a lot of stuff of another genre?
I'll be honest, I've wanted to draw ponies now and then, but decided against it because I don't want to turn away people not as into ponies.
The same goes for gore, really. I know there's the idea that I should just draw what I like, but if it drives away fans, why would I?
Should I open a separate account for ponies? Should I label my gore differently/better?
Tell me what you think.

FA+

This is just my own opinion.
Lemme throw my hat in to this question, been wanting to talk 'bout it for a while.
So y'know I have 2 art accounts of my own, SFW and NSFW. I was keen on having a separate account for each because it helps people find what they're looking for.
I also use other social medias to post different kinds of art. My twitter has WIP sketches, my DeviantArt has my human/fantasy art, my e621 has my best nsfw art.
I've been reaching to other platforms for a few reasons, but the biggest ones being this:
It's kinder on the audience to have what they want to see in one place and If I'm on more platforms more people will find me.
Someone always on DA who likes my art will never know of me if I stick to FA.
When it comes to the art you make, I enjoy your human and furry art that's on the more tame side.
Tame in this case being you SFW art and your porn art that isn't part of a "heavy" fetish (Vore, gore, etc.)
When you had JanuPony going, I spent the whole month just deleting anything that came up with your name because I expected it to be Pony related and I couldn't care less for it.
When it came to Goretober, I clicked around a little, but I didn't engage or spend a long time there at all if it was gore porn.
I don't mean to sound like an ass when I say that by the way.
I first heard of you from a free art week thing you held back in the day. The art you mostly had then was rather tame.
Because I was first met with that, I began to expect it. So when Pony art and gore porn came to the scene, I was very put off.
It's not a bad thing to draw what you draw, I encourage it so long as you keep improving as an artist.
I'd recommend getting another account for Pony art and streatching to other platforms.
I also strongly suggest putting something in your titles or thumbnails that lets us know what's in the picture.
You don't have to stop making that kind of art, I'd just wish you'd go about it a bit differently.
Currently, all my art is available on FA and IB. Though to cater to FA's weak tag system, I may split things here. Otherwise, I don't see a reason to split things up onto other platforms.
Of course, FA would first need to improve their tagging system. It's kinda junk.
