Has anyone been playing "Dillon's Dead Heat Breakers" for the 3ds and encountered any errors? I did today. I began the game, played as Dillion and defeated the "groks" and entered the village. I then hired gunners and played through the first battle for the village then i returned to Dillon's city. I then played a few rounds of the recycle mini game to get more money to hire gunners then received a summons back to the hotel for another battle. I returned and met "Chip" who told me to pick the gunners I wanted then return to him when I was done. That's when the game crashed. There was no specific error code but i did get a "We have encountered a fatal error and the system must restart". message. i can go no further, even when I cold boot the system and play the game again. Would Nintendo be willing to give me a refund in this case?
