All who commission me for artwork from this date forward must read this and agree to it before sending payment.
By commissioning me, you are hiring me to draw you a digital sketch/inked/flat color/full color picture. I will maintain all rights to the artwork to use for posting on any art pages I own along with potentially selling a print. To exclude yourself from this, a service fee will be added to your commission:
+15% If you do not want prints sold of your character
+30% If you do not want prints sold and you do not want the picture posted on any of my art sites.
If you simply want you or any other characters to be anonymous, just let me know when you ask for a quote and I won't name or link to the characters in the piece, at no charge.
You, as a commissioner, are allowed to post a picture you commission me for on any art sites as long as you link back to me, giving me full credit for the artwork. You can also print the high-res image for personal use. You may not use the image for profit (example: using as a corporate logo, selling it as a print, selling shirts with the image on it, etc.)
If one of us cancels the commission, you will be provided a refund for only the amount of artwork that isn't done. If I have already done a sketch, or proceeded further with the image, I may choose to not refund the full amount.
EXEPT you pay me by hour, than: NO REFUNDS!
To make the commission process the most successful for the both of us, communication is key. Also, requesting changes after the first sketch is best as opposed to after coloring has been done. Some changes may not be honored if I'm too far into the commission.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, or a portion of them, please discuss it with me prior to payment.
