“When you shall say, "As others do, so will I. I renounce, I am sorry for it, my early visions; I must eat the good of the land, and let learning and romantic expectations go, until a more convenient season." — then dies the man in you;” - Ralph W. Emerson
I was a knight or warrior in some woods of pine trees a lot like in Skyrim, I might’ve been with a few others, it felt both like a game but also real and epically grim (even tho it won’t sound like it from the way I describe what fragments I can remember). I found a church with lots of coffins, and stayed there alone, then a huge, twisted corpse comes out and is an evil, powerful battlemage, who I think talks with me a while, but I fight and kill him. Then there is a small, grim celebration and/or credits.

I must say that I've had more dreams in the past year then in half of my life. I have, as an average, one dream every 2.1 or so years counting the ones I have had now, but this year I've had 3.
Huh. That's quite a dramatic upturn based on the rate of change to the status quo.

Yes.
One day, my sisters forced me to come treasure hunting in the swamps outside Flushing (nonexistent irl, because Long Island, including the western end where the NYC Boroughs of Queens, and Brooklyn, is complete deciduous woodland, thus wetlands are nonexistent). While we are driving about there, the Mercedes G-wagen we were driving in (which they made me drive several times) inexplicably collapses bit by bit (well, I scarce need to explain to you that dreams don't always make sense, even though I personally). My sisters find a second car, but leave me behind.
I walked back to Flushing (again unrealistic because the drive gave off the impression that I was hours away feom Flushing, but I made it back in 5-10 minutes in the dream), and I'm so fucking pissed that I scheme for revenge. Just then, I decide to drop by this old man's house, and he owns a lot of classic cars (also nonexistent, since I don't know a lot of older people, but I do want to have a classic car collection, admittedly this part obviously came from the fact that I watched a video of an old guy talk about this Lamborghini Miura: https://youtu.be/pXHXlI9yU0w. Also, his house in the dream was situated exactly over the spot where the LIRR [Long Island Rail Road] Port Washington Branch tracks run through). So I deceided to take revenge against my sisters by taking (I was so good friends with the old man in the dream, that he let me drive any of his cars to my heart's desire) a car. I decided on the Ferrari Testarossa: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrari_Testarossa, and decided to drive home in it. Before I went (revenge part), I left behind a PostIit note that read:
"Dear mr. Barnes (old guy in the dream's name),
I needed a car to go treasure hunting, so I sneaked (I use this word more than most of my American friends do) into your garage, and took your Testarossa. Thanks for letting me take it, the car was really useful!!
- Sophia (my sister's english name)"
And then I drove home in the said car (not too far, in retrospect, since the old man's house, and the section of LIRR tracks that the house in the dream was located on is only 4-5 blocks from home), knowing that the old guy will chew my sister out for taking the car when he reads the Post-It note, and go to my apartment to see the Testarossa parked in the driveway (you can imagine how happy at this part of the dream I was. I still laugh remembering this dream). To my sadness, I woke up to find out that it was only a dream.
