Do you use the pen tilt detection feature?

I use a Wacom bamboo Pen & Touch (Intuos now), and I was thinking about upgrading it to an intuos pro. Does that feature worth it?

Pen tilt is not something I've really noticed much until I lost it on lesser pieces of tech. So, I think it's a feature worth having.
