Hi guys! So it’s taken me a looooong time to sit down and really think over my artwork and its worth to me. This has never been an easy task for me, as I am my own worst critic and I question my own skills all the time, as any of my close friends can tell you. After doing some browsing and comparing with other traditional artists, I think the prices I’ve set here are good for me. I know these are a lot higher than they use to be, but lately, I’ve learned some things and done a lot of soul-searching, and I like to think my art has improved drastically from when I first started accepting & taking commissions 9 years ago. And one of the biggest themes of my pricing observations has taught me is this: Value your time, or else no one else will. This means that I deserve to work for above minimum wage. I hope the backlash for this won’t hurt my business…
