I have this thing I do where I get obsessed with a song, listen to it over and over and draw a bunch of very emotional drawings inspired by it and then I get upset because nobody cares about them. It's an emotional rollercoaster and it's really exhausting.

I recognize the pattern but I don't know what causes it or how to break out of it.
