Need help catching up in Pokemon GO from scratch (TmT)

Long relatives-doing-maintenance story short, a WiFi-related mishap caused me to log out my level-26 account on Pokemon GO. When I tried logging back in, I realized that I forgot to connect it to either my gmail and/or Facebook accounts.
(Who knew I could raise being scatter-brained to a whole new level -_-u)
So any who, I have no choice but to start over from scratch. Luckily, I managed to get extra EXP to raise my level almost to level 8 within a short amount of time thanks to the special mission bonuses.
However, I’ll still be needing help catching up with the rest of the players.
And so, below is my trainer code if anybody would like to send me friend requests.
