>Nephew is 15.
>Has specific people he watches.
>I hear the tv since he has it semi loud.
>They all follow the same cookie cutter format. Over hyped, begs for likes/subs before anything plays, thinks loud = funny, camera crew has mic, throws punchlines without setup and immediately goes to next joke.
>Nephew makes no reaction besides an occasional sigh.
>I think he's bored watching them.
>He watches new person outside of this format.
>Person starts with like the video then literally screams everything he's doing. Mic suffers.
>I'm annoyed af with all the screaming.
>Nephew gives the first semi "Heh" I've heard since he started watching.
>He switches to GTA 5 videos about patch notes and weapon details for 10min before leaving Youtube.
>I sit in my chair wondering how any of this connects.
I've been in a loss all weekend since I've listened to, what I assume is, his favorite Youtubers. I now feel like a lost cause trying to do an actual show series while everyone else is making bank with this cookie cutter format.
...I feel lost. Hold me internet. :'c
