Read the following rules before buying commissions/adoptables.
Please note that I will not take responsibility for anyone breaking the Terms of Service.
Should you not follow the terms, depending on the severity of your transgression, you can and will be blacklisted.
✧ Commissioner must be 18+
✧ Payment will be done upfront in USD through paypal, I will not be making exceptions.
✧ I have the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with.
✧ I will require a reference in the form of a reference sheet with flat colors.
If you cannot provide that, images that display the character accurately with a clear color palette is okay.
(I will not accept in-depth text descriptions as the reference.)
✧ Should you by any chance need to send me several images for reference,
please collect them in a dropbox, sta.sh or send me a toyhouse link if possible.
It makes it easier for me to find the references without having to download them or flip through a million tabs.
✧ If you want complicated outfits or things like armor and props, you may be asked for additional payments.
✧ If I am not given a description of what you're looking for, I will be taking artistic freedom.
✧ If you tell me I will be sending you updates on your commission as I progress.
First the sketch, the lineart and then the finished piece.
I do this so you as a customer can give the ok for the work I have done before I progress to the next bit.
✧ I will not be working on commissions in the weekends unless absolutely necessary. I am not a machine.
✧ If by any chance you're getting a gift for someone's birthday or the like. Let me know in advance so I know I have a deadline. Else I might not finish in time.
What I will not do/can't do
✧ Pornographic or Fetishy art.
✧ No Pregnancy. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, but I don't trust people to not make it weird and fetish-y.
✧ Tasteful nudes are acceptable.
✧ Gore and Violence.
✧ Copyrighted Characters such as Sonic, MLP, Pokémon, The Lion King asf.
(This includes fan characters of said franchises).
✧ Mecha/mech characters.
✧ I refuse to copy an art-style of another artist. Not even with permission.
✧ I will not take private commissions that I cannot post on my page if I see fit.
✧ I do not draw backgrounds. I only do characters for now.
Refunds, Cancelations and Edits
✧ I do not do refunds on finished pieces.
✧ Should you want to cancel your order while the piece is in process,
I will keep payment for what I have done and you will receive the rest.
✧ If for some reason you want an edit to a finished piece. I will be charging extra depending on how big of an edit it is.
I will not do edits to pieces that I've done a week ago and longer.
As I only keep the file for the piece for a few days before deleting them to save space.
Adoptable terms
✧ You must have a toyhou.se account to purchase adopts from me. It's easier to keep track of them that way.
✧ Do not resell any adopts purchased from me for more than they were bought for unless they have additional art that's being sold with them.
✧ Do not make any major changes to the design. If you want a different design you can get another character. (Small changes like gender, body type and haircut is fine.)
✧ You can use the characters for NSFW art, but keep fetishes out of it.
✧ If you sell a character I designed, let me know so I can keep track of where my designs end up.
✧ Do not for any reason delete the character from toyhouse.
Copyright
✧ Artwork is for personal use only. Artwork cannot be used for direct profit by the artist or the commissioner,
with the exception of selling a character with the corresponding art.
✧ Reposting art is allowed as long as I have been credited for the art.
✧ I have zero tolerance for coloring or editing my art without permission.
✧ I have the right to post and use the piece to promote my art, as long as I am not making direct profit from the piece.
✧ Characters, of course, belong to their rightful owners and not to myself.
