Okay, so, rather unexpectedly, I got a message on Discord from Kit. I certainly didn't realize some folks were staying in touch with him...or ones who knew about me...or saw my journal posts...or would advise him to see them for himself.

For whoever did, though...I'm sure you meant well. I'm sure Kit meant well with what he said, too. But ultimately, his contacting me didn't help. If anything, it just reopened the wound for me. Not all the way, but enough to be felt.

Oh, and if you're reading this, whoever you are, don't tell Kit about -this- journal entry. I don't want to make things worse for both of us.
